Class no. 5, again sharing he uncut video of my class for A1 level. Today we did revision of greetings and numbers, then added time and the articles. This is important as I have started the initiation into German Grammar. So we discussed Genus and conjugation also introduced the preposition.

World Langauge viz a viz Sanskrit

I am just elites to share this post with all of you.

English is a very capable (?) and largely spokaen language. However, when it comes to the linguistics English is just as poor.

With a zillion exceptions and borrowed vocab English has no roots to claim.

Now you may translate the below post and read it in your preferred language.

A language capable of being written forward and backward without changing its meaning and forming sentences with only one letter and two letters is just short of mesmerizing. It's for nothing that it's named as lthe language of the gods.

I just do not dare to do this for the fear of its purity and sanctity.

I hope I could delight a few linguists friends with this.

ये पोस्ट अद्भुत एवं अतुलनीय है....

क्या आप जानते है विश्व की सबसे ज्यादा समृद्ध भाषा कौन सी है.....

अंग्रेजी में 'THE QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPS OVER A LAZY DOG' एक प्रसिद्ध वाक्य है। जिसमें अंग्रेजी वर्णमाला के सभी अक्षर समाहित कर लिए गए, मज़ेदार बात यह है की अंग्रेज़ी वर्णमाला में कुल 26 अक्षर ही उप्लब्ध हैं जबकि इस वाक्य में 33 अक्षरों का प्रयोग किया गया जिसमे चार बार O और A, E, U तथा R अक्षर का प्रयोग क्रमशः 2 बार किया गया है। इसके अलावा इस वाक्य में अक्षरों का क्रम भी सही नहीं है। जहां वाक्य T से शुरु होता है वहीं G से खत्म हो रहा है।
अब ज़रा संस्कृत के इस श्लोक को पढिये।-

*क:खगीघाङ्चिच्छौजाझाञ्ज्ञोSटौठीडढण:।*
*तथोदधीन पफर्बाभीर्मयोSरिल्वाशिषां सह।।*

अर्थात: पक्षियों का प्रेम, शुद्ध बुद्धि का, दूसरे का बल अपहरण करने में पारंगत, शत्रु-संहारकों में अग्रणी, मन से निश्चल तथा निडर और महासागर का सर्जन करनार कौन? राजा मय! जिसको शत्रुओं के भी आशीर्वाद मिले हैं।

श्लोक को ध्यान से पढ़ने पर आप पाते हैं की संस्कृत वर्णमाला के *सभी 33 व्यंजन इस श्लोक में दिखाये दे रहे हैं वो भी क्रमानुसार*। यह खूबसूरती केवल और केवल संस्कृत जैसी समृद्ध भाषा में ही देखने को मिल सकती है!

पूरे विश्व में केवल एक संस्कृत ही ऐसी भाषा है जिसमें केवल एक अक्षर से ही पूरा वाक्य लिखा जा सकता है, किरातार्जुनीयम् काव्य संग्रह में *केवल “न” व्यंजन से अद्भुत श्लोक बनाया है* और गजब का कौशल्य प्रयोग करके भारवि नामक महाकवि ने थोडे में बहुत कहा है-

*न नोननुन्नो नुन्नोनो नाना नानानना ननु।*
*नुन्नोऽनुन्नो ननुन्नेनो नानेना नुन्ननुन्ननुत्॥*

अर्थात: जो मनुष्य युद्ध में अपने से दुर्बल मनुष्य के हाथों घायल हुआ है वह सच्चा मनुष्य नहीं है। ऐसे ही अपने से दुर्बल को घायल करता है वो भी मनुष्य नहीं है। घायल मनुष्य का स्वामी यदि घायल न हुआ हो तो ऐसे मनुष्य को घायल नहीं कहते और घायल मनुष्य को घायल करें वो भी मनुष्य नहीं है। वंदेसंस्कृतम्!

एक और उदहारण है।-

*दाददो दुद्द्दुद्दादि दादादो दुददीददोः*
*दुद्दादं दददे दुद्दे ददादददोऽददः*

अर्थात: दान देने वाले, खलों को उपताप देने वाले, शुद्धि देने वाले, दुष्ट्मर्दक भुजाओं वाले, दानी तथा अदानी दोनों को दान देने वाले, राक्षसों का खण्डन करने वाले ने, शत्रु के विरुद्ध शस्त्र को उठाया।

है ना खूबसूरत? इतना ही नहीं, क्या किसी भाषा में *केवल 2 अक्षर* से पूरा वाक्य लिखा जा सकता है? संस्कृत भाषा के अलावा किसी और भाषा में ये करना असम्भव है। माघ कवि ने शिशुपालवधम् महाकाव्य में केवल “भ” और “र ” दो ही अक्षरों से एक श्लोक बनाया है। देखिये –

*भूरिभिर्भारिभिर्भीराभूभारैरभिरेभिरे*
*भेरीरे भिभिरभ्राभैरभीरुभिरिभैरिभा:।*

अर्थात- निर्भय हाथी जो की भूमि पर भार स्वरूप लगता है, अपने वजन के चलते, जिसकी आवाज नगाड़े की तरह है और जो काले बादलों सा है, वह दूसरे दुश्मन हाथी पर आक्रमण कर रहा है।

एक और उदाहरण-

*क्रोरारिकारी कोरेककारक कारिकाकर।*
*कोरकाकारकरक: करीर कर्करोऽकर्रुक॥*

अर्थात- क्रूर शत्रुओं को नष्ट करने वाला, भूमि का एक कर्ता, दुष्टों को यातना देने वाला, कमलमुकुलवत, रमणीय हाथ वाला, हाथियों को फेंकने वाला, रण में कर्कश, सूर्य के समान तेजस्वी [था]।

पुनः क्या किसी भाषा मे केवल *तीन अक्षर* से ही पूरा वाक्य लिखा जा सकता है? यह भी संस्कृत भाषा के अलावा किसी और भाषा में असंभव है!
उदहारण-

*देवानां नन्दनो देवो नोदनो वेदनिंदिनां*
*दिवं दुदाव नादेन दाने दानवनंदिनः।।*

अर्थात- वह परमात्मा [विष्णु] जो दूसरे देवों को सुख प्रदान करता है और जो वेदों को नहीं मानते उनको कष्ट प्रदान करता है। वह स्वर्ग को उस ध्वनि नाद से भर देता है, जिस तरह के नाद से उसने दानव [हिरण्याकश्यप] को मारा था।

अब इस छंद को ध्यान से देखें इसमें पहला चरण ही चारों चरणों में चार बार आवृत्त हुआ है, लेकिन अर्थ अलग-अलग हैं, जो यमक अलंकार का लक्षण है। इसीलिए ये महायमक संज्ञा का एक विशिष्ट उदाहरण है -

विकाशमीयुर्जगतीशमार्गणा विकाशमीयुर्जतीशमार्गणा:।
विकाशमीयुर्जगतीशमार्गणा विकाशमीयुर्जगतीशमार्गणा:॥

अर्थात- पृथ्वीपति अर्जुन के बाण विस्तार को प्राप्त होने लगे, जबकि शिवजी के बाण भंग होने लगे। राक्षसों के हंता प्रथम गण विस्मित होने लगे तथा शिव का ध्यान करने वाले देवता एवं ऋषिगण (इसे देखने के लिए) पक्षियों के मार्गवाले आकाश-मंडल में एकत्र होने लगे।

जब हम कहते हैं की संस्कृत इस पूरी दुनिया की सभी प्राचीन भाषाओं की जननी है तो उसके पीछे इसी तरह के खूबसूरत तर्क होते हैं। यह विश्व की अकेली ऐसी भाषा है, जिसमें "अभिधान- सार्थकता" मिलती है अर्थात् अमुक वस्तु की अमुक संज्ञा या नाम क्यों है, यह प्रायः सभी शब्दों में मिलता है। जैसे इस विश्व का नाम संसार है तो इसलिये है क्यूँकि वह चलता रहता है, परिवर्तित होता रहता है-

संसरतीति संसारः गच्छतीति जगत् आकर्षयतीति कृष्णः, रमन्ते योगिनो यस्मिन् स रामः इत्यादि।

जहाँ तक मुझे ज्ञान है विश्व की अन्य भाषाओं में ऐसी अभिधानसार्थकता नहीं है।

Good का अर्थ अच्छा, भला, सुन्दर, उत्तम, प्रियदर्शन, स्वस्थ आदि है किसी अंग्रेजी विद्वान् से पूछो कि ऐसा क्यों है तो वह कहेगा है बस पहले से ही इसके ये अर्थ हैं क्यों हैं वो ये नहीं बता पायेगा।

ऐसी सरल और समृद्ध भाषा जो सभी भाषाओं की जननी है आज अपने ही देश में अपने ही लोगों में अपने अस्तित्व की लड़ाई लड़ रही है बेहद चिंताजनक है।

Profit and Loss - Profit lost ? or it's profit in loss ?

Over the life experiences we have come to measure every action and the results into profit and loss. This a true story of three friends which is no exception. Except to make us realize what is the actual profit and what is a loss at all.

Come time and I was offered an opportunity, courtesy a person whom I had helped get a job when he needed it most, he had come back to stay with his parents from a foreign country. After trying his hands at multiple business, all the savings were down the drain, only to give him a realization that business was not his cup of tea. This also left him, financially at the same level, where he had begun his journey after completing his graduation in nineties.

I really felt obliged that he remembered me after I parted from the company where we were working together. In the meantime almost three years were gone. He was a senior manager now. So as the fate will have it. We came together again, it was like being with your kin again. He happened to introduce me to a person who actually was from my native place, so naturally, naive as I was, I saw a new friend in him. We worked for 3 years together.

Everyone in the office started talking about or friendship and understanding as they saw the kind of fun we had together at every possible moment. This connect went beyond the office.

Even our families bonded well and became very close. At this time he was unmarried and was living with his mother. I already had 2 kids, one of them school going.

He got married and we celebrated and enjoyed the new member in our family group. During this period we even commuted together on daily basis. Using either vehicle and people in the office were to the point of envy when they saw the level of bonding and mutual trust we there enjoyed among ourselves.

After a few deliberation and  consideration we even happened to buy a our homes in the same society. So be it any time of day or day of a month we were there for each other at all time at any cost. Such was the bonding.

The friendship was fast turning into kinship, as he would drop my kids to school, pick up and even offer to buy grocery in case we could not manage it ourselves for some reason. Sometime it was pure telepathy and sometimes oral information was enough to get the desired help beyond expectations. We borrowed money without even ever asking for return had Sunday lunches in our favorite restaurants and spent every possible free hour either a beer, music, shopping or traveling together. Life was all good and pure joy. 

Time will never remain same, says the old wisdom, so one must be prepared. Exactly that I was not. Never ever I had thought it in dream that even something like this happens. Naive..naive..sad but true.

I took life in my own stride and careless towards money, spent freely and fondly on smaller joys of life for family and friends alike. This was my small world. A dream come true, I never thought that it would be over so soon and put me face to face with the naked reality of life.

As time flew by, 3rd year in our job, the company started on cost cutting measures and I had the honors to be the first of the batch which got the dreaded pink slip. 

So the fate had hit, and hit really hard with full blow. Now I was in dire need of a job. With recession in the air the jobs were scarce.

I was at the mercy of the HRs who continuously asked the same question "Why would I work for a lesser salary?  The question still haunts me only? No one was empathetic towards the job situation in the country, skill consideration was not even in the books of HR.

The same HRs would start with "Budget s not a constraint". Ha ..ha.. Despite my own pathetic financial situation now I had started asking the same HRs why they are considering me right at the beginning of my interaction with hem. By this time I hd made me quite unpopular among HR fraternity by telling them that "Budget was the only constraint, for they would hire anybody with claimed skills only on he paper and test their own hiring managers to make the new hire productive and perform as per expectation. This gap in HR-hiring system and Hiring-manager was sometimes funny and expressed itself in most crude form. When one sees on paper claimed skills and required and proven skills as advertised. This I was by now, after attending, more than 20 interview calls and in my own (past) organization. 20 Years later I am still of the same opinion and would silently agree.

This gap between paper and action also made me realize how different we are actually from our foreign-counterparts who test the skills and post that skill proof, the negotiations were done and often given a good support. This however, is still missing in todays' HRs when these talk about "industry standards" and blah..blah. This all is purely rehotary as I have seen people being hired at 10 times of the so called "industry standards". Reasons are well known to us. Still I fail to understand why this show off.

Responsibilities mounting with home loan and family with school going kids it was more than a tough situation.

 I had little resources as savings were all invested in the flat I bought, I needed some kind of support. Moral support would have been the least. Cash was drying up fast.

Now the realisation came that I needed the tools to get to internet for job hunting and day today connect and skill upgrade I need to be on net for avoid period of time and could not wait for a cybercafe to open.

This my friend named Toni, was very fond off high living and was a good show off. 

With our salaries he had manged to buy all the luxries of life that money made us possible to buy at that time.

Prior to my release from the job we all had access to all the goodies that anyone of us had, be it just anything. It used to be ours. We would freely lend an borrow, eat and party, sing and enjoy. As a dreem company "one for all and all for one".

With the pink slip in hand things changed rather fast. A few tools were required from which I had none, Toni had it.

Realisation started seeping in when he stopped answering my calls for some reason during the day on one pretext or the other.

The shock was complete when he refused to come out of his bedroom when I walked upto his home just see, if I could travel with him to his office (now) to do the official exit part.

Another shock came when his wife started avoiding my family by yrefusing to attend my Daughter's Birthday. Even his mom, who till a few days back would be found naming me his other son, did not even returned a courtsey call by my children who she was very fond of (apparently). I am using these words as it was not even a fortnight since I was out of job. So slowly and sadly the realisation that neither he nor his family wanted to be connected with us anymore as they would avoid us even at our common friend's place as if we were some kind of pest. Never ever felt so humiliated in life line that. My children cried to his mom, who earlier was a grandma to them.

How things change? Most of us have seen the situation above and had the similar experience from friends, relatives or neighbours.

The worst part was the breach of trust we enjoyed during this brief period. A few colleagues were visiting our society just say hello to me and meet the famous trio for them, which had been reduced to duo not only at workplace but also in our private lives (I am sure they were not aware about it) as me and Toni had drifted apart by miles now in a span of a fortnight. The team came directly to Toni's house and he told them that my family had moved out so they could only meet the third person from our trio.

I would still not trusted my wife and kids as they told me that Toni's family were avoiding us, not courageous enough to realize my error,  I would always defend him by casually denying and saying "it's just by chance or whatever" this was as if I were still trying to convince myself that the fault was on my side.

Suddenly, I see this group roaming about in the society campus and inquisitive as I am I reached out to them just say hello. On being asked if I had moved out of the city and how come I am there? The feelings started matching with facts that the TTRIO had been reduced to duo only. But this is not the end of the story.

How this loss came to become my benefit? The story continues.

My job search became frantic, with every new day. The two realisations dawned on me.

One there are jobs you just need to be frantic in your search.

Two most jobs are filled through network and connections play a big role. 

I can see some HRs smiling and nodding in agreement.

I had started a new journey, through my realisations I started dialing every phone in my diary and I could lay my hands on.

With skills on my side I was still not sure about getting a job - fast. 

I came to know that there was hiring going on in Chennai, this friend told me that if a certain LMT would want I could be hired.

Mind it I had already been rejected by the HRs of the same company for being ready to work on lower remuneration or they not being able to match my last drawn salary.

I decided to take the last resort and call this LMT. I had never ever heard or had a connect with him prior to this. We spoke once, he was busy. He took time to call me back. 20 years are past since, I still remember this.

An act of kindness and empathy can win your hearts.

He promised to look into my CV and said, if I stand by my claimed skills and passed his test, he will hire me no matter what

It was a convincing as he spoke with conviction and empathy at the same time. His words were soothing to ears and heart at the same time.

So as the destiny would have it I was hired by this company, intrestingly my remuneration was more than the manager's due to the special skills.

I worked there for nearly nine months he moved on, I too moved on and was relocated then left the organisation as my skills would be redundant there and soon I got an offer in hand with 100 percent hike, just could not refuse.

Now this LMT became my best friend, we lost touch for a brief period due to family circumstances, soon came together despite the distance and time lapse. He list his momc and I could not offer my shoulder only connect over telphone. He got married 2 years later, still I could not attend the celebrations. Still we just remain connected.

The turning point in the story came when my phone rang one day and this was the same familiar heavy voice from Toni from the trio, in the mean time almost 7 years are past.

We spoke for a about 30 minutes. Time has not been kind to him. He had lost his jobs multiple times ever since (still not sure of what ti believe), he had cleared the interview and was expectantly looking to join. (Knowing that HRs have the capabilities to put the open and hired position on hold, for some good reasob, mostly to negotiate or get a hire person with lower remuneration).

The very next day his wife calls mine and she has added her phone number in some Whatsapp group and just wants to say hello and love you all kinds.

The realisation dawned upon me that 7 years 3 months and 15 days it took him to contact me for his own good? This was too good to be true. I discussed with other one from the Trio, he still said it's ok to help him, as I conveyed my apprehension. So convinced again, spoke with hiring manager and HR, he is finally on board, thank God on other location.

He is onborad now, we two fro the Trio as we told each other. Toni has again disappeared, a month later we are telling each other. He never called after that neither his wife responded on any WhatsApp message. I can sill see his active profile in my company's directory. 

Never ever responded post hiring. He did not even bother to tell the other friend from the Trio, that he is hired and all was good again. He could track me due to him only. As the number porting was still not in place and with the change of location the phone numbers had to be changed in a month.

No regrets though, but find it a little hurting.

Now this LMT is still in touch, I could hel him land a job later in his career and he introduced me to a few more persons who 3ventualky became family friends and now he is again on a far of destination, doing well in life. His wife is a wonderful person and an excellent cook. So now I can loudly as if loosing a leg from the Trio had been a loss in proftt or what it is?

People who value relationships would never be at a loss, do not believe anyone when they say you don't make friends at work. Friends are made by your own way of thinking and are not dependent of place or time or opportunity.

 For me nothing is a loss it's just a matter of time it will come back to you. Name it destiny if you so will.

I have always wanted.. ;An open letter to to 1st Family (so called) : जया बच्चन के नाम वरिष्ठ लेखक-पत्रकार अभिरंजन कुमार Abhiranjan Kumar का खुला पत्र।

आदरणीया जया बच्चन जी,
 
बॉलीवुड के "ख़ानदानी" लोगों को मैं बॉलीवुड की अनेक समस्याओं की जड़ मानता हूं और आज आपने इसे साबित भी कर दिया। ऐसा लगता है कि आप जिस बड़ी थाली (देश) में खाती हैं, उसी में छेद करना चाहती हैं, छोटी थाली (बॉलीवुड के गंदे लोगों) को बचाने के लिए। लेकिन आपकी छोटी थाली में कचरा भरा है। जैसा कि रवि किशन ने कहा है- ड्रग्स भरे हैं।

आपको एक अच्छा कलाकार समझता था। अमिताभ बच्चन की बीवी बनने के बाद आपकी हाइट ऐसे ही बढ़ गयी थी। फिर जब आप ऐश्वर्या राय की सास बनीं, तो आपके ऐश्वर्य में थोड़ा और इजाफा हुआ। ये अलग बात है कि तमाम सेटिंग के बाद भी आपका अभिषेक बॉलीवुड का राहुल गांधी साबित हुआ।

खैर, आज पता चला कि आप जैसे खानदानी लोग, जो एक ऊंचाई प्राप्त कर लेते हैं, उन्हें सिर्फ अपना स्वार्थ दिखाई देता है और वे सुविधा की ज़िंदगी जीने के आदी हो जाते हैं। ऐसे लोग दिखाई तो बहुत बड़े देते हैं, लेकिन ये अप्रासंगिक लोग होते हैं हमारे समाज के। मेरे प्रिय नेता अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी ने इसीलिए कहा था कि मेरे प्रभु मुझे इतनी ऊंचाई मत देना, जहाँ घास का एक तिनका भी न उगे और संवेदना को जमा देने वाली बर्फ हो केवल। अफसोस कि आप जैसे लोग बर्फ बन चुके हैं, संवेदना मर चुकी है आपकी।

आपके पति अमिताभ बच्चन के अभिनय का भी कायल रहा हूँ, लेकिन आपकी तरह यह शख्स भी अपनी सुविधा की ज़िंदगी में ज़रा भी ख़लल नहीं चाहता। पैसे लेकर या सरकारों को खुश करने के लिए दो-दो कौड़ी के विज्ञापन तो कर सकता है यह शख्स, लेकिन देशहित के किसी मुद्दे पर आवाज़ बुलंद नहीं कर सकता। रील लाइफ का एंग्री यंग मैन रियल लाइफ में कितना सुषुप्त, निष्क्रिय और निष्प्रभावी हो सकता है, यह अमिताभ बच्चन को देखकर पता चलता है। पता चलता है कि जब कोई व्यक्ति इतनी दौलत कमा लेता है कि उसपर विदेशों में अपने पैसे और संपत्ति छिपाने के आरोप लगने लगते हैं, तो वह जब भी खड़ा होगा, किसी गलत के साथ ही खड़ा होगा, किसी सही के साथ तो खड़ा हो ही नहीं सकता।

जब भी आपको राज्यसभा में देखता हूँ, तो मन में केवल यही खयाल आता है कि आप न जाने क्यों इतने लंबे समय से यहाँ बनी हुई हैं। मालूम नहीं राज्यसभा में आज तक आपने योगदान क्या दिया है। ये कौन लोग हैं, जो आप जैसी निष्क्रिय और अप्रासंगिक लोगों को ऑब्लाइज करने में उच्च सदन की एक सीट बर्बाद कर देते हैं? मेरा ख्याल है कि निश्चित रूप से यह सीट आप खरीदती होंगी (पैसे से या फिर लाइजनिंग करने के गुप्त समझौते के एवज में), वरना कोई राजनीतिक पार्टी आपको यह सीट यूं ही क्यों दे देगी, जबकि आपके नाम या आपके भाषण से उसकी पार्टी को चंद वोट मिलने भी संभव नहीं हैं?

आज वह रवि किशन भी, जो आपकी नज़र में शायद इतना छोटा कलाकार रहा है कि अपने मुंह से आपको उसका नाम लेना तक गवारा नहीं, आपकी तुलना में लाख दर्जे बेहतर और ईमानदार दिख रहा है। उसका आपकी तरह बॉलीवुड में खानदान नहीं चलता तो क्या हुआ? लेकिन उसने दिखाया है कि इस देश को खानदान की नहीं, ईमान की ज़रूरत है।

लेकिन आज जब बॉलीवुडियों के ड्रग्स कनेक्शन की बात खुल रही है, तो शर्म आने लगी है आपको? आप बॉलीवुड के ड्रग माफिया के खिलाफ आवाज़ उठाने के बजाय उल्टे आवाज़ उठाने वालों पर ही शर्मिंदा हो रही हैं? जया जी, देश समझ रहा है कि आप किसको बचाना चाहती हैं। आपकी इंडस्ट्री में हत्या जैसी प्रतीत होने वाली इतनी बड़ी संदिग्ध मौत हो गई और बिना मुकम्मल जांच के बड़ी बेशर्मी से उसे आत्महत्या का नाम दे दिया गया, क्या इसपर शर्म नहीं आती आपको? सरकारी गुंडों ने आपकी इंडस्ट्री की एक अभिनेत्री का दफ्तर तोड़ दिया, उसे "हरामखोर" कहा, आप एक औरत हैं, इसके बावजूद शर्म नहीं आई आपको?

जया जी, कहीं आपने भी तो ड्रग माफिया से सुपारी नहीं ले ली है, उन्हें बचाने की, मामले को और आगे बढने से रोकने की? हो सकता है, आप सफल भी जाएं, क्योंकि आपके और आपके परिजनों के राजनीतिक कनेक्शन भी बड़े तगड़े हैं, लेकिन आपकी यह साज़िश सफल नहीं होने दी जानी चाहिए।

और हां, जिस थाली को छेद होने से बचाने की आप बात कर रही हैं, उस थाली में छेद होना ही है अब। देश का प्यार और पैसा पाकर बॉलीवुड इतना अभिमानी हो गया है कि अब वह इस देश और देश के लोगों को ही तुच्छ समझने लगा है। देश के अन्य हिस्सों के लोगों को जलील करने लगा है वह। अहसान जताने लगा है वह, कि तुम मेरी बदौलत हो, जबकि वह स्वयं उन्हीं लोगों के अहसानों तले दबा हुआ है, जिनपर वह अपना अहसान जता रहा है। वह दिन दूर नहीं, जब बॉलीवुड द्वारा अपमानित, प्रताड़ित और षड्यंत्रों का शिकार हुए लोग संघर्ष का बिगुल फूंकेंगे और पटना, लखनऊ, शिमला, भोपाल, जम्मू, चंडीगढ़ इत्यादि अनेक जगहों पर देश भर में ऐसी-ऐसी कई इंडस्ट्रीज खड़ी कर देंगे। इंतज़ार कीजिए प्लीज़!

Digital Delivery in Corona Times and ever after

The COVID-19 pandemic has put all those on a win-win note who were frantically investing, adapting and propagating hybrid cloud. They will always have the first mover advantage.

However, this will also bring the disadvantage to the fore :
Work overload
Diminishing jobs opportunities
Over exposure to personal relations
Psychological breakdowns due to Social isolation.

On industry side the issues would be :
Data security.
Increasing affinity to digital crimes
Operational complexity
Increasing plagiarism and issues with IPR and code security.

How are we going to come out of this Second Hand life where everything floats around in gadgets, meeting, concerts, films, shopping et al.

Good or bad, positive or negative the times have again proven success of business will depend largely on the ability to transform and adapt. Crucial here is the response and adaption time.

Every industry was forced to respond in wake of the pandemic. This also exposed their ability and assess their appetite to absorb the transformation on the go.

Where a few companies were adaption ready other had to struggle tooth and nail to meet the delivery of IT support and business services.Of course a few companies missed the bus and others were just happy to have missed a beat or two and come clean.

From personal experience my team made a an all out effort to keep a team of  almost 300 resource delivery ready within the wake of a Business day. Our non-productive BCP practices and revisions came handy. We operated within the Data Security and privacy guidelines and our clients could only offer the praises. We acted in a most agile manner to perform as if there is no tomorrow. Our competitors just watched us with a goofy smile as we readied the things like and otter.

Here I read a message, a warning, a challenge and an opportunity rolled into one to the managers and the flag bearers of organizations to come out of their over zeal to push the resource too hard to conform to their whims and wishes.

Remember customer is NOT God. Its the employees that bring and retain customers, so treat them as such and the organization will be a heavenly place to work and win  win for all.

Behind every Brand there are people who work all out to make it what we see. This simply implies that lest we over do one way or the other.

All Service and support delivery organizations must accept that

COVID-19, the pandemic has been an accelerator to digital transformation.
We now have a more dynamic model of services delivery.

The clients must also accept and expect:

1. Contact-less delivery is the new norm.
2. Accelerated delivery time to value,
3. Enhanced timeline confidence,
4. Reduced delivery costs, and
5. A better use of a technology platforms backed by extreme automation, AI, embedded security and privacy.

Conclusion is to transform, accept and be ready for next transformation without waiting for another catastrophe to force you into your own. Wake up and act. It pays of to have robust process and guidelines in place and no activity is non-productive.

Every thought is a story ..: I pledge to my society, the country and the humanity...: These are trying times, COVID-19, death of a human being in a most unprecedented way in a country known for freedom to act and be responsible...

I pledge to my society, the country and the humanity et al..Its a wonderful world

These are trying times, COVID-19, death of a human being in a most unprecedented way in a country known for freedom to act and be responsible.

I often wonder why do we see people in a different than we would our own kith n kins?

Same applies to colours also, when I say someone is black, white, brown or yellow that means that racial-filter is already in action in our minds. Now is the time to inculcate the new generations to mend the ways of thinking.

More we set precedents in the name of equality more expressive will be the difference. We should be training our minds to think from the life perspective. This discourse of thinking is most appreciated in the Indian way of life where all form of life is appreciated (read worshipped).

I pledge NOT to remain silent.
I pledge to better understand the Black experience.
I pledge to fully embrace race and ethnicity with empathy.
I pledge to demonstrate equality through action.
I pledge to create safe places to speak out.
I pledge to be an up-stander in every environment.
I pledge to become an Ally.
I pledge to better educate myself.

I pledge to do this as each life-form in this world has a unique and wonderful perspective, that needs to be appreciated as it is.

I hope we can move forward together and extend this inclusion throughout the world.

Every thought is a story ..: What is going on..? No one seems to care about #co...

My friend has been in the IT industry for the last 10 years. While talking to him I realized just a few days into the lockdown in India. I quickly assessed the situation as I realized how stressed he is. Despite living in the same city, the lockdown was very depressing for him and the family. I could imagine how it would be for people who have been living alone, far away from their homes and families.
 The realization was backed by the pictures floating around in the news and social media, the pandemic was not only causing physical suffering for people but also a significant part of the population was put in mental distress. Confined to the residential units with zero in-person social contact and being locked up for days together has been causing major emotional stress on everyone's wellbeing. This required professional approach and support both to cope up with this never before situation.
I discussed this in my family and my father suggested that we start online Yoga and meditation sessions online. These guided meditation sessions were designed to help everyone who wanted to deal with anxiety and isolation. 
Soon enough the word around about the free meditation classes. To promote these we used social media platforms and a lot of positive responses from friends of friends started pouring in. Slowly the word reached the employer also. Who in turn started a forum to discuss and mitigate these problems by asking to opt for opening up in the common forum or one to one basis. The higher management also took notice of the best practice and gave the Team leaders and manager free hand to plan in between Yoga sessions, fun sittings and invited family members online to join.
In her efforts to support people who needed help, Anandmai changed her work timings and stretched her working hours. She decided to focus on tackling the fears and other emotional triggers when people are made to stay at home without any social connect.
We focus on a few simple tips and methods to calm down the anxiety levels of people. Over the last few weeks, we have been able to counsel more than the personal groups across the globe, including over 300 IBMers. 
My objective of sharing this is to make us realize that the social connects are equally important in times other than a pandemic. The gravity of the situation was not visible until the 3rd or  4th session when people started opening up. 
Now we are really enjoying the contribution these sessions have made and the difference is more expressed now. In the meantime, the good news is that a few participants have started their own groups with their smaller circle and kins. We just hope that this approach of understanding and leniency shall go on and on also then when there is no visible stress is there.
As stress and depression are more like an undercurrent that could overflow and carry away a person beyond the control

bought me an Adidas Tee Shirt, I believe many of us still remember the good old logo with 3 leaves.

This being my first encounter with the imported product I had no idea of #original or #duplicate. in later year as I moved out Pune to study #German, there we heard about the BrandStreet and slowly came to know the difference in Brands and also #brandloyalty.

Next 10 Years even in Germany we had no idea of the scale of #counterfeiting until the fall of Berlin Wall, then we saw the influx of good imported vi shady channels.

With the advent of IT and the invention of the internet, things began to change. The people would be more informed than aware and the e-commerce brought in the ultimate climax to #counterfeiting.

So far so good my initiation in #brandloyalty was done by1st by Ashu Raina and later @Sudeepta Maji, and @Akshay Narolia who made me aware of the Brands and #brandprotection.So much for the background.

Over the year we have met people on a #producthunt engaged in #brandprotection as #counterfeiting became a visible loss and a danger to the Brand itself.

Its all here - Around us only.. we just need to have an eye for it...

While surfing LinkedIn, I came across a wonderful graphics shared below. I believe that this picture conveys different message and emotions to different people as we are slaves of our own perspectives.

I tried to reason in my own humble way and tried to find out what it means to me and now this thought is here.

Most of the time we lost in the maze of jargons being thrown on us, which mean a lot but say a little to people means they only reach the person and not touch him.

A few of the jargons we start hearing from day 1 of our professional engagement with teams and companies are Influence, Teamwork, Communication, Decision, Management, Contribution, vision, ethics, Motivation and Responsibility.

We are so lost in pursuing our material goals so hard that we lose the beauty of being a Gift of the Creator. It's all around us be it nature or society or the words with which we are so good to a player. Our actions have a reason and a thought process, that means we are heavily influenced and regulated by our vicinity. This is so overwhelming that we never realize that these words should become our driving force. We just need to dive a little deeper into the jargons. These words are amazing a permutation and combination of the letters will throw open such insights that many of us will really be surprised, so maybe this time to look into how our actions are governed and maybe with a little consideration we can regulate our actions for the benefit of all, Wish all of you a day of fulfilment!!!

All is not lost.. Let us reshape our approach to life and society

My life is like that..

I asked one of my friends who has crossed 60 & is heading to 70. What sort of change he is feeling in him?
He sent me the following very interesting lines, which I would like to share with you all.....

• After loving my parents, my siblings, my spouse, my children, my friends, now I have started loving myself.
• I just realized that I am
not “Atlas”. The world does not rest on my shoulders.
• I now stopped bargaining with vegetables & fruits vendors. After all, a few Rupees more is not going to burn a hole in my pocket but it might help the poor fellow save for his daughter’s school fees.
• I pay the taxi driver without waiting for the change. The extra money might bring a smile on his face. After all, he is toiling much harder for a living than me.
• I stopped telling the elderly that they've already narrated that story many times. After all, the story makes them walk down the memory lane & relive the past.
• I have learnt not to correct people even when I know they are wrong. After all, the onus of making everyone perfect is not on me. Peace is more precious than perfection.
• I give compliments freely & generously. After all, it's a mood enhancer not only for the recipient but also for me.
• I have learnt not to bother about a crease or a spot on my shirt. After all, personality speaks louder than appearances.
• I walk away from people who don't value me. After all, they might not know my worth, but I do.
• I remain cool when someone plays dirty politics to outrun me in the rat race. After all, I am not a rat & neither am I in any race.
• I am learning not to be embarrassed by my emotions. After all, it's my emotions that make me human.
• I have learnt that it’s better to drop the ego than to break a relationship. After all, my ego will keep me aloof whereas with relationships I will never be alone*.
• I have learnt to live each day as if it's the last. After all, it might be the last.
MOST IMPORTANT ---

• I am doing what makes me happy. After all, I am responsible for my happiness, and I owe it to me.

How to unlock Creativity in your organization? How to resolve a problem using creative mindsets?

While evaluating the impact made on research when we really look beyond use of best proctices from the companies we admire like Apple; though this may also include the sectors like Media, Sports etc. is really immense.

The limitations are mostly predefined and come from the leadership - top down- a leader should know that encouraging the employees does unlock and stimulate creativity by unlocking the new ways of thinking.

Leaders should be like teachers that employees can look forward to talk, hear and follow

Lessons learned:

- Contrary to what many organizations and leaders believe, creativity is often laden with baggage biases and a cohesive environment is not easily forth coming. Just release the leash of productivity and performance.

- Creative success is not a result of sequential thinking process on the contrary free-flowing ideas and exploration is the key for best way to inculcate innovation.

- Time bound and mile-stone based achievement management styles are the nightmare of creativity such that the organization more often than not miss out on a noteworthy instance, product or opportunities.

- Expert base management knows to value only what has been predicted / forecast  ie. looking beyond on predictable often overruns the humble and creative inputs, as it simply cannot accept something could happen otherwise.

- Its not the re-aligning the people or process which makes the creativity bloom rather its the inculcating the culture of the self-respect and unconditional appreciation that does the trick by creating an aura of self-achievement.

- Being overly cautious and focused hampers the joy of being creative.

- Coney trust and Acceptance mindset will bring in a fresh air than forcing stale air on by being conservative or pessimistic.
